主な業務内容・職責
設備投資の企画および立ち上げ：
生産維持のための設備更新や新設を、企画段階から立ち上げまで一貫して推進（特に特別高圧受電関連）。

設備改善：
生産安全性の向上やランニングコストの削減を目的とした設備改良の実施。

新製品立ち上げ支援：
新製品導入時に最適な製造方法や既存設備との適合性を検討し、量産立ち上げを実現。

新たな製造手法の検討：
既存設備や製造方法の陳腐化に対応するため、革新的な製造手法の導入を検討。

品質維持・改善：
日常生産活動において設備起因の異常が発生するため、製品品質の維持と継続的改善を実施。

若手スタッフの育成

職責

  • 工場内の電気関連業務全般とその保守、安全性の確保に関する将来的な責任
  • 工場における投資計画の策定・推進
  • 予防保全計画の策定・実行
  • エンジニアリング＆メンテナンス部門としてKPI達成
  • 電気安全教育の推進
  • 有資格者（電気主任技術者、エネルギーマネージャー）の育成など
  • グローバルおよびリージョナルの関係部門との連携・コミュニケーション

 

Position Summary

(1) Planning and start-up of capital investment:
Renewal or construction of new facilities to maintain production. From the planning stage to start-up. Especially for EHV related.

(2) Equipment improvement:
Improvements are made to improve production safety and reduce running costs.

(3) New product launch:
When setting up a new product, examine the optimum manufacturing method and suitability with existing facilities, and start mass production.

(4) Examination of new manufacturing methods:
Existing facilities and manufacturing methods are often based on old methods, so innovative new manufacturing methods are examined.

(5) Maintenance and improvement of quality ：
Maintain and improve product quality, as abnormalities caused by equipment factors occur in daily production activities.

(6) Training of junior staff

Main function/responsibility/competencies

  1. Future factory responsibility for all electrical work, maintenance and it’s safety.
  2. Develop, refine, and implement relevant investment plans for the factory.
  3. Develop, refine, and implement preventive maintenance plans for the factory.
  4. To achieve usual KPI for factory Engineering and Maintenance team.
  5. Develop people electric safety
  6. Develop qualified electric engineer and energy manager.

Communicate with global and regional counterpart.

必要資格要件

  • 第二種電気主任技術者の有資格者で同資格を要する業務経験があること（必須。将来、特別高圧電力の受電を受ける工場勤務になります）
  • エネルギー管理士資格保有尚可
  • 英語（技術的レベルでのグローバルのチームとのやり取りが発生します）

勤務地：栃木県鹿沼市
このポジションは、新工場の立ち上げ後はその近隣に居住することが求められます。
それまでの間は、以下のいずれかの勤務が可能です：
1）平塚エリアに居住　　
2）他のSika拠点や在宅勤務をベースとしつつ、平塚工場への頻繁な出張が可能なこと。

Qualifications

Mandatory:
Must hold a valid Class 2 Chief Electrical Engineer certification and have practical experience performing related duties

Preferred:
Certified Energy Manager

Employment Style & Expectations
The position involves participating in the new factory's design phase, supporting its start-up, establishing the maintenance organization, and engaging in the Phase II expansion planning.
A competitive compensation package will be offered in line with responsibilities and expected


Location:
New Factory (Tochigi)
The position requires the candidate to reside close to the new factory once it is set up.　Until then the candidate can be based 1) in the Hiratsuka area, or 2) Other Sika locations and/or home office, with frequent business trips to the Sika plants in Hiratsuka.
