负责所管辖区域的市场发展、一级经销商管理、经销商业务专员团队管理、销售工作：
1、执行公司市场营销方案，推动网点开发、新货铺市，陈列广告、品类叠加、价格管理等各项基础工作的落实；
2、开发并维护一级经销商，与经销商达成共识，共同推动公司政策的落地；
3、经销商业务专员的招聘、培训带教、激励工作；通过协同拜访等带教专员，进行日常工作指导；
4、根据销售节点分解任务目标、制定动销方案，达成销售目标。
