  • Support to develops Key Projects by attaining turnover and Sika share targets in the Philippines.
  • Ensure key project clients and international key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients
  • Maintains customer rapport and build relationship with key project owners, consultants and keep watch for business expansion. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Collaborate with specs team to maintain and develop a network of direct contacts with Engineering Firms, Architects, consultants, main contractors (international and locals), Applicators thereby establishing a degree of TRUST for current and future Key Projects.
  • Coordinate and maintain all KPMs, reporting in the different formats required.
  • Coordinate with TM, sales, procurement and production to ensure availability of products for the projects and help to plan deliveries
  • Prepare technical proposal for projects, presentations and ensure a proper technical message is passed to the client.
  • Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
  • Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is followed. 
  • Ensures that all operating standards are always adhered.
  • Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by its immediate superior.

Your expertise - Our strength

Education:

Civil and/or Structural Engineering Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Construction/ Technical/ Chemistry or equivalent.  Additional Post – graduate degree in business relations may be an advantage.

Work Experience:

3 to 5 years experience in civil construction business. Familiar with the different construction methodologies, general knowledge about most common construction products and services specially in concrete technology, waterproofing and refurbishment. Any experience working with construction chemical supplier will be highly appreciated

Skills:

With technical selling experience
Possesses strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions. Ability to set strategies for the introduction of new products and approach of new projects. Able to work outside, sometimes on remote areas.
